Redwings

Round the World

Welcome family, friends, cyber-sailors, and anyone else who has stumbled onto this page. Redwings is a Peterson 46 currently being sailed from Hong Kong to Camden, Maine in the United States, and someday onwards. We left Hong Kong in November 1997 and are heading slowly West. What's New:  We finally made it to the USA arriving in Savannah, GA on 7 May after a fast and rough 48-hour 400 mile trip from Grand Bahama.  We are now travelling up the Intracoastal Waterway and are in North Carolina.  Our Dominican Republic page is updated and the Bahamas pages 90% finished.  Details of our four-month Caribbean Tour can be found by clicking the links in the adjacent box.  The kittens at 12 weeks - growing fast!  Caribbean Tour: St. Lucia to Tobago Cays, Bequia, St. Lucia, Martinique, Dominica, Saints, Guadeloupe, Antigua, Nevis, St. Kitts, Statia, St. Martin / St. Barts, Virgins, Puerto Rico, DR, Bahamas

Plan:  We will not be returning to Thailand to work and have decided (POW or "plan of the week") to take the boat up to Maine this summer and re-locate there permanently.  For those friends and family hoping to join us somewhere along the way, here is the current subject-to-constant-change itinerary:

May Bahamas to Savannah Georgia, Intracostal Waterway to Chesapeake Bay
June Chesapeake to Maine
